Benriner Vege Slicer (Mandoline) - Jumbo (120mm) Lemonlimebitters the Victorinox Universal Peeler isWhen it comes to knives, many of us think that Japanese made blades are at the top of the game. The same could be said for mandolines; these gadgets make vegetable prep work a breeze. This Japanese made Jumbo Benriner has an impossibly sharp blade, with an adjustable cut thickness from 5mm 9mm. This mandoline is suited well for thicker vegetable prep and bigger produce (melons, cabbage, diakon, etc). We also carry the finer versions (No. 1 and No. 3).
